Perfetti is reportedly aiming to return at some point in the middle of November or so. It was announced in September that defenseman Dylan Samberg would miss about six to eight weeks with a broken wrist, and Arniel's recent update on Samberg's status was less definitive and less positive than Perfetti's. Samberg's exact recovery timeline at this point is still up in the air. Samberg emerged last season as an important top-four defenseman for the Jets. He scored 20 points in 60 games, averaged 21:08 time on ice per gameand played a massive role on the penalty kill.
