Since playing in the juniors, Connor Bedard has been the center of attention. Before the draft, Bedard was regarded as the top pick for a considerable amount of time. After being chosen by the Chicago Blackhawks, he was billed as the next big thing.

Bedard Has Displayed Superstar Abilities Over the Last Few Games For the Hawks
Over the last few games with the Blackhawks, Bedard has been on fire. With a goal against the Winnipeg Jets in OT as well as a Michigan goal, he has accumulated 8 points in his previous 5 games.

He has silently lived up to everything the Blackhawks had hoped he would be. Now, all he has to do is continue his play and line himself up for a shot at the Calder Trophy. With the way he has been playing, it is nearly a lock.
