Marc-André Fleury is a true enthusiast, a well-known fact across the NHL. He proves it once again by signing a new one-year contract with the Wild.

The goaltender has signed a new deal with the Wild worth $2.5 million for the upcoming season.

Even before the Wild's campaign ended, Fleury and the organization wanted to settle this matter.

At 39 years old and with 1024 games under his belt, retirement will have to wait one more year for the holder of the second-most career victories among NHL goaltenders.

Fleury remains very solid at his age, forming a strong duo at the Wild, in addition to being a great mentor and big brother to the young players in the organization.

Fleury also revealed the day he will announce his retirement from hockey.
