Edmonton Oilers forward Jack Roslovic, who they signed in early October, hasn't played since late November, but there is an update on his potential return timeline.
Edmonton Oilers forward Jack Roslovic hasn't played since he was hurt blocking a shot in late November, and the Oilers were even recently forced to put him on Injured Reserve.
But the news isn't all bad, as he believes he could potentially get back on the ice for a game before Christmas.
Per analyst Jason Gregor, Roslovic's timeline for a return could be earlier than what was originally thought.

Oilers signed Roslovic to a one year contract in early October, as he was the last remaining notable UFA still up for grabs. He played last year with the Carolina Hurricanes.
Including tonight's game against the Maple Leafs, the Oilers have seven games left before Christmas.
The Oilers Are Currently Dealing With Multiple Injuries To Multiple Players
Roslovic isn't the only injured player that the Oilers have right now, as defenseman Jake Walman has recently been placed on Long Term Injured Reserve.
Additionally, forward Connor Clattenburg joined Roslovic on Injured Reserve.
Roslovic was producing with the Oilers, having scored 18 points (10G, 8A) in the 23 games he played before his injury on November 25.
Like Roslovic, Walman was also hurt from blocking a shot from an opposition player.
