The controversial Philadelphia Flyers' goaltender Carter Hart could sign a contract in Russia, according to a new rumor.
According to a new rumor, Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Carter Hart could sign a contract in Russia to pursue his profesionnal hockey career.
A new post on X shed light on the possibility of seeing Carter Hart signing a contract in Russia.
However, as someone added in the comments, he's not eligible to play outside the US while the trial goes on. But when the procedures will have ended, and if he doesn't go to jail, it wouldn't be surprising to see him try to pursue his hockey career in the KHL, just like Dillon Dube, Cal Foote, Michael McLeod and Alex Formenton.
"He is not allowed to play outside the country while on charge & prior the trial. Thereafter though, depending on the ruling & politics surrounding the situation, I could see him playing in Russia."
Stay tuned for any updates.
