Canucks' Brock Boeser revealed that Quinn Hughes is happy in Minnesota because of their winning culture, which was seen as a subtle shot at Vancouver.

Brock Boeser signed a seven-year, $50.75 million contract with Vancouver on July 1, but it doesn't seem so great anymore with Quinn Hughes out of the organization.
In 31 games, Boeser has collected 17 points (9 goals, 8 assists) with the league-worst Canucks.
Boeser recently said Hughes is happy in Minnesota because he's in a winning culture, a subtle dig at Vancouver's struggles, especially since the Wild haven't won much themselves.
"Hughes is happy because he's in a winning culture."

The Oilers expressed interest in Brock Boeser and could circle back

The question arises: might Boeser himself want to be in a winning culture at the age of 28? The Oilers expressed interest in him back in the summer when he entered free agency.
There's a possibility the $7.25 million cap hit could be a tough pill to swallow in comparison to $7.45 million being paid to Frederic and Mangiapane collectively, which are two players rumored to go to Vancouver if Boeser were to be traded to Edmonton, according to NHL analyst Jackson Weber.
It has been admitted by Jim Rutherford of the Canucks that they are involved in a rebuild following the trade of Hughes, and this may see Boeser, who is soon to turn 29, made available for trade if the price is right.
The Oilers may have to juggle their cap space, but a trade for this premier top-six winger is an option that is worth considering.

Why it's unlikely that Brock Boeser will want to waive his no-trade clause

Boeser has a full no-move clause as well, and rumors are that he stayed in Vancouver because of a personal relationship.
That might justify why he decided to stay despite rumors all of last season that he was going to leave. Maybe he still values this rumored personal relationship over racking up wins.
Edmonton could still check in with Boeser even with the unlikelihood of a trade taking place. Boeser is among the most attractive trade targets for teams looking to upgrade their top-six.
