Two completely ridiculous trade proposals to bring Pierre-Luc Dubois to the Habs

Now, Winnipeg Jets fans are getting involved by suggesting outrageous trades on CapFriendly.

The Twitter account @goalcauf has listed two that are particularly absurd:

The first trade proposal is to send Dubois to Montreal in exchange for the Florida Panthers' first-round pick, which would be between 29th and 32nd overall.

But that's not all, Jets fans are also suggesting that the Canadiens add Kaiden Guhle in the deal! This would be a huge blow to the Canadiens, who would lose a gem on defense.

The second trade proposal is a little less outlandish, but still unlikely. It proposes to send Dubois to Montreal in exchange for Kirby Dach and Justin Barron.

The goal seems to be to create a more balanced center line, with Nick Suzuki, Kirby Dach and Pierre-Luc Dubois playing next to each other, although it's not clear why they would need to involve former Blackhawks player Justin Barron in this deal.

It's easy to see why Jets fans dream of such unrealistic trades. Pierre-Luc Dubois is an incredibly talented player and could make a big impact on his new team.

However, it is important to remember that these proposals are nothing more than fan speculation and should not be taken too seriously.

Ultimately, it is still unknown where Pierre-Luc Dubois will end up if and when he is traded, although at this point it appears that his preferred destination is Montreal.
