Since taking over as head coach of the Canadiens, Martin St-Louis has done things differently than anyone else. He is completely dedicated to his team and his players, and he shows it day after day.

He is truly a special person and he seems to be a highly appreciated instructor for everyone at the Tricolore.
This is not the first time we have seen this from the coach, but he once again took several minutes with a player left out, to work with him on aspects of his game, even though he has a game and a starting lineup to manage.
"Martin St. Louis takes several minutes of his time after practice to work "one on one" with Rem Pitlick, who will be left out for tonight's game." - Patrick Friolet, RDS

He's a real, real enthusiast and he keeps proving it.
You have to understand that it's completely unusual for an NHL head coach to do that, and it further proves that St. Louis is truly the right man for the Habs' future.
