The Blues announced in the final minutes that 34-year-old veteran Robert Bortuzzo has been traded to the New York Islanders.

In return, the Blues receive a seventh-round pick.
The right-handed defenseman has played just four games this season.
In 537 NHL games, he collected 74 points.
