The Boston Bruins will be without their star defenseman following a hefty suspension.
NHLPA Suspends McAvoy
Charlie McAvoy has been suspended four games following a hit to the head of Florida's Oliver Ekman-Larsson.
The hit ok Ekman-Larsson was with no puck in sight, as McAvoy came flying in making contact with just his head.
It was in the third period after McAvoy had scored the game tying goal, the Bruins would end up winning the game.
He was accessed a match penalty for the hit and will be forced to miss the next four games for the Bruins.
