Tonight, reports have confirmed that Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender has been hospitalized after a terrifying incident occurred during warmups of tonight's game.
The Toronto Maple Leafs traveled to Ottawa to take on the Senators and before the game even began tragedy struck due to a freak accident.
According to multiple reports, Maple Leafs goaltender Anthony Stolarz was struck in the side of the neck on a shot from William Nylander during warmups.
The video shows Stolarz clearly shaken up as he goes out of frame and then to the bench where he eventually headed to the locker room.

Updated reports have confirmed that Stolarz has been transported to the hospital due to his injuries.
Maple Leafs goaltender Anthony Stolarz left warmups tonight in Ottawa after taking a puck to the throat and has been taken to hospital for precautionary imaging. An update will be provided when available.
Considering Stolarz was hospitalized due to this incident it seens at least so far he avoided any major health issues as he left the ice under his own powers and is now there for precautionary issues.
Stolarz, 32, is in the final season of his contract with the Maple Leafs and has played okay considering how much of a down year Toronto has had as he looks to earn another NHL contract for next season.
