Tonight, Quinn Hughes suited up in his first game with the Minnesota Wild which also provided an opportunity for him to publicly address the trade and his future.
The Vancouver Canucks and Minnesota Wild struck a deal centered around Quinn Hughes after a reportedly rocky relationship developed between him and the Canucks.
Tonight, after arriving in Minnesota Hughes made his debut with the team scoring a goal and looking like the player many Canucks fans know and loved.
After the game, Hughes spoke to the media and gave his thoughts on the trade and his future as well.

Before the game even had its opening puck drop, a behind the scenes video was released by the Wild showcasing Hughes arriving in Minnesota.

Then, after the Wild took home a victory against the Boston Bruins Hughes took the podium for questions.
Hughes admitted he is very comfortable with the idea of re-signing in Minnesota praising the group that GM Bill Guerin has put together.
I mean extremely open minded to re-signing. They've got an amazing core. Just getting to know some of the guys and realizing how energetic and positive guys are.
