The Oilers made a big time trade to land Tristan Jarry this season, but after being pulled on the back of another poor performance, he's shared his frustration.

The Edmonton Oilers have long had an issue in net, and with Connor McDavid signing a two-year extension in the off-season, the team have just a few seasons as Stanley Cup contenders to figure things out with their goaltending.
Earlier this season, they made the move to acquire Tristan Jarry from the Pittsburgh Penguins, moving on from the highly scrutinized Stuart Skinner in the process, but thus far, it hasn't been the change they've needed.
In 10 games with Edmonton, Jarry has posted a 3.59 GAA and an .873 save percentage, and on Saturday against the Minnesota Wild, we saw the worst of it from the veteran.

Jarry shows frustration following loss to Minnesota

In that game, Jarry gave up 5 goals on just 20 shots to the red-hot Wild, and after the game, he opened up on his frustrations and how it's a team game, and given that, he's struggling to focus on his individual performance.
It's tough. The chances we are giving up, some of the shots, they're tough. It's a lot of Grade A's, a lot of breakdowns. So I think it's tough for me to really think about your game at this point. It's a whole team game. - Jarry

Since acquiring Jarry, the team have won just three of their last seven with the veteran in net, and given how important the upcoming stretch is, they desperately need him to find his game.
If that doesn't happen, this appears as though it's not been much of an upgrade for Edmonton, and with the trade deadline looming, unless they find improvement, they may be looking to make another move.
