After their win over the divisional foe Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers star forward Leon Draisaitl has admitted the key reason behind his team's recent winning streak, as they've gone 7-2-1 in their last 10 games.

The Edmonton Oilers beat the divisional foe Calgary Flames last night 5-1, improving to 7-2-1 in their last 10 games.
It was Leon Draisaitl who drove the bus for the Oilers last night, scoring a hat trick. His fellow star teammate Connor McDavid had five assists.
After the game, Draisaitl spoke about the importance of everyone contributing to the team's success, which he says has been the key force behind their winning ways.
We've been playing some good hockey, everyone is contributing and chipping in and doing their part. When we get to that point, we're a tough team to handle.

We demand to be a playoff team, and when we start the season the way we did, nobody's happy. We know we're better and have a lot better in here. Everyone stepped up and just started playing better. - Leon Draisaitl
McDavid said that all Draisaitl cares about is playing good hockey, and when that happens, the goals will start coming as they did against the Flames.
I know he wants to play good hockey. That's all that he really cares about, and he's been doing that. He's been playing good hockey, and goals will come for him. It's inevitable. He gets so many good looks and is such a good player. - Connor McDavid

The Oilers Have Turned To Connor Ingram In The Injured Tristan Jarry's Absence

Since they acquired Tristan Jarry from the Pittsburgh Penguins, he's played in three games, but was hurt in his third game against the Boston Bruins.
The Oilers called up Connor Ingram from the American Hockey League affiliate Bakersfield Condors, and he's now won two straight games for Edmonton.
Jarry is expected to be out at least until the new year, meaning Ingram will likely get more starts until then.
