Connor McDavid Takes the Internet By Storm in New Video with Music Superstar Morgan Wallen

The NHL offseason is a time for players to rest, recharge, and enjoy hobbies away from the rink.

Throughout the summer players have been seen enjoying various activities and tonight that has continued as Connor McDavid participated in the viral celebrity walkout that Morgan Wallen has been doing during his tour.

Throughout each leg of Wallen's tour he brings out a celebrity from that specific city during the intro of his concert.

Some of the celebrities featured in the past include Hall of Fame NFL quarterback Peyton Manning as well as current NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes.

Recently, Wallen came to Edmonton and was expected to be joined by both Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl.

However, when Wallen came walking out he was joined only by McDavid causing a stir on the internet.

In the photos and videos Wallen and McDavid can be seen walking out and getting hyped for the concert.

The references and tributes to the Oilers did not end there as Wallen was also seen rocking a Wayne Gretzky jersey during the encore of the concert as well.

Even without Draisaitl, this moment between McDavid and Wallen has taken over the internet with fans in and out of hockey loving the crossover.

With the concert now done, McDavid can turn his focus back to his on-ice training and preparing for the upcoming season.
