David Pastrnak delivers sucker punch to Anton Lundell In Game 4
As expected, the Boston Bruins came out swinging in Game 4, and they weren't holding back. Right from the get-go, Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy set the tone with a massive hit on Florida Panthers' Sam Bennett, just seconds into the game.
But the real shocker came when Bruins' star forward David Pastrnak unleashed a flurry of sucker punches on an unsuspecting Anton Lundell, minutes into the game. Lundell was left reeling on the ice, clutching his face in pain.
This aggressive play from the Bruins is clearly a response to Bennett's brutal hit on Brad Marchand in Game 3, which knocked the Bruins' captain out for Sunday's Game 4 and Tuesday's Game 5.
Despite the fireworks, the Bruins managed to take a 2-0 lead after the first period, thanks to goals from Pastrnak and Brandon Carlo, along with 15 saves from goalie Jeremy Swayman. They're looking to even the series after dropping two straight games by the combined score of 12-3.
