Utah's next nickname has emerged after major news drops
The Arizona Coyotes have gone incognito as it was announced a few weeks ago that they will be taking their franchise to Utah after failing to comply NHL regulations as an NHL team. We now have an update on the potential name of the new hockey team arriving in Utah before the upcoming season thanks to a latest tweet made by owner Ryan Smith.
As of April 24th, Utah trademarked nine different team names including Yetis, Blizzard, Outlaws, among others.
On Wednesday however, 20 more names have been put in the picture in a latest poll made by owner Ryan Smith who appears to be making the fans decide what the nickname will be for the Utah organization.
For the inaugural season, the new team in Salt Lake City will only wear "UTAH" across its sweater.
