Insider reveals a crucial piece of information about the Canadiens next moves

Stéphane Leroux had Laval Rocket head coach Jean-François Houle as a guest on his weekly RDS podcast "Sur la glace" today.

An interesting piece of information came out during the episode, as the coach of the club-school said that he did not expect to see the players that were recently recalled by the Habs back with the Rocket.

The coach mentioned that the numerous injuries in the organization, in addition to the possible transactions to come in the Tricolore, will force the Habs to keep all the players that were recalled as reinforcements in the last weeks.




It must be said that Houle is in a good position to know the pulse of the management, as well as the potential reinforcements he could get in the coming weeks.

However, according to him, he will not be able to benefit from any of the players currently with the Tricolore.

This means that Jesse Ylonen, Rem Pitlick, Alex Belzile, Rafael Harvey-Pinard and Justin Barron should remain in Montreal until the end of the season.
