Things don't look good for the Oilers, as four of their star players all missed practice and Kris Knoblauch said there is a chance they miss the game vs. the Jets.

The Edmonton Oilers are experiencing some disturbing absences as they build towards their next game.
Captain Connor McDavid, defenseman Mattias Ekholm, and forwards Zach Hyman and Leon Draisaitl all missed practice on Wednesday. Head coach Kris Knoblauch stated that he had no clue how the lines would be set without them.

All four players could miss the game against the Jets

He added that all four players are injured and might not play Thursday night against the Western Conference-leading Winnipeg Jets, as reported by Jason Gregor.
McDavid has lost a portion of time this season already, sitting out three games on an ankle injury and three games due to suspension. The 27-year-old is the team's second-highest point-getter with 89 points (26 goals, 63 assists) in 62 games.
Draisaitl, who appeared shaken in Tuesday's win over Utah but stayed in the game, is the NHL's top goal-scorer with 49. He's one away from 50 and second in league scoring with 101 points, trailing only Nathan MacKinnon.
Draisaitl is also one of just five Oilers to have played in every game this season.
Hyman battled through injuries all season and was out again last Sunday. He returned Tuesday with a dominating game, scoring twice and adding an assist in a 7-1 beating of Utah. He has 40 points (24 goals, 16 assists) in 62 games.
Ekholm, who has been out of the lineup for illness in the past week or so, played Tuesday as well, recording a goal and two assists. The veteran blueliner has 30 points overall and is third among Oilers' defensemen.
The Oilers (40-24-4) are second in the Pacific Division, two points behind the first-place Vegas Golden Knights. The Jets are tops in their Central Division (47-18-4).
