There's action in the NHL today: Two personnel moves confirmed
Yesterday, we learned that two surprising players were on the waivers: Vegas Golden Knights forward Jake Leschyshyn and Sabres defenseman Casey Fitzgerald.
Well, two personnel moves were confirmed today, both of which found a team elsewhere in the NHL.
Leschyshyn is moving to the New York Rangers and Fitzgerald will join the Florida Panthers.
For those who are wondering, the Habs did indeed turn their noses up at these two players, as they were claimed by teams with a say after the CH.
