Already the players don't have their spirits up in a losing season, with the amount of bad news piling up on the Habs in recent weeks, the loss of a player as dynamic and good-natured as Cole is likely to hurt the team's locker room. CH fans will also miss his presence, especially since he is a crowd favorite.
