Kirby Dach is new to the Montreal Canadiens and was seen as the team's second center of the future. While that position is still available to him, he is currently excelling alongside Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield on the wing. Since the arrival of Martin St-Louis at the helm of the CH, the pilot has tried several players with the two inseparables, but to no avail. He now seems to have found the ideal third player in Kirby Dach. In addition to being a pretty remarkable talent, Dach has the makings of a leader. In fact, Sportsnet reporter Eric Engels shared a comment that was quite revealing about the leadership of #77. Scott Pellerin, a member of the team's development staff, recorded an on-ice video of Monday's practice and Engels then spoke with Dach about whether players can see those videos afterwards. Here's his response: They let us know that there will be videos, but as a player, it's your own responsibility to take your own development into your own hands and thus help yourself. - Kirby Dach

Wise words from Dach, who at the same time encourages other players to work hard no matter the situation.
