Geoff Molson's Right-Hand Man Could Buy The Ottawa Senators
As you have known for several days now, the Ottawa Senators are for sale by the Eugene Melnyk estate. Stop immediately believing in a move to Quebec City, the estate has already confirmed that one of the conditions is to keep the team in Canada's capital.
According to what Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports, a well-known face on the Habs is reportedly interested in acquiring the Sens. Geoff Molson's right-hand man, Michael Andlauer, who owns 20 percent of the Tricolore in addition to owning the Hamilton Bulldogs in the OHL, is said to be on the list of potential candidates.
Also according to Garrioch, the owner of the Oshawa Generals in the OHL, Rocco Tullio, Michael and Jeffrey Kimel of Harlo Capital in Toronto, André Desmarais of Power Corp, as well as Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds are also on the list of potential buyers.
