Rem Pitlick's waiver submission surprised many today. The man who charmed the Canadiens' management last year, after a waived claim from Minnesota, seems to be having a hard time finding his place this season. However, as my colleague Vincent Fournier of Let's Go Habs testifies, an old video clip could possibly explain the reason for his submission by Kent Hughes today. <div class='youtube_container'><iiffrraammee class='youtube_video' width='100%' frameborder='0' src=https://www.youtube.com/embed/hnlhmn2iBzQ title=YouTube video player frameborder=0 allow=accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture allowfullscreen></iiffrraammee></div> On Nick Suzuki's sensational goal on a penalty shot against the Coyotes, we can see the reaction of the players who were in the stands for the game, along with some injured players. While everyone reacted strongly to Suzuki's fabulous sequence, Pitlick had virtually no reaction. <div align='center' style='padding-top:20px;padding-bottom:20px;'><img src='https://i.marqueur.com/habsetlnh/i/photo/192405.jpg' width='100%' border='0' alt='image' loading='lazy' defer /></div> Is it possible that number 32 had an attitude problem, due to the fact that he was left out quite often this season, because of the surplus of forwards? It's impossible to know at this point, but for a player who was starting a two-season deal with the CH, it makes almost no sense for him to be the player sacrificed by the organization, risking losing him to waivers for nothing. Let's just say there's something fishy going on here. What do you think?
