Important development: Kent Hughes is about to announce a major exchange
All indications are that Kent Hughes has worked very hard to bring Pierre-Luc Dubois to Montreal, but it's not going to happen.
However, according to informant David Pagnotta, Hughes was working on other big projects at the same time, and the word is out that he wants to make another Kirby Dach-style trade.
