Former NHL head coach Guy Boucher commented on St. Louis' impatience during his latest press conference on the 98.5 Sports show with Mario Langlois. Boucher said that a coach's impatience is simply a result of relentlessness. It's the constant repetition of the same questions that bothers him the most and when asked again by another journalist when the pack is not satisfied, it causes irritability. The problem, which is usually the same, is persistence. Once the question has been asked, answered and asked again [...] It is in the persistence that impatience will come. - Guy Boucher In this case, Martin St-Louis didn't appreciate the attack on one of his players and the relentlessness in trying to pry the glasses from his nose. After all, even though he is now a coach, MSL is still a team player in his blood. Every coach has their sore spots. In my case, I always wanted to protect my players. I didn't want to expose them. On the other hand, you don't want to take the media or the fans for fools. You pick your moments. You pick your battles. - Guy Boucher Basically, the point is that a hockey season is a marathon and situations like this are completely normal, especially in a sport as intense and action-packed as hockey.

Credit: Fanadians
