During a recent KHL game a former NHL prospect playing in goal was demolished by a forward on the other team. After getting himself back up the goalie went berserk and fought the forward who ran into him. <h2>Former NHL Goalie Goes Off On A Forward</h2> The KHL is known for being one of the top hockey leagues in the world. Earlier this week chaos broke out near the end of the first period between HK Sochi and Kunlun Red Star. The fight began when a forward Devin Brosseau from Kunlun came in too fast and ran HK Sochi goaltender Mikhail Berdin. The penalties handed out to each side would go on to be discussed amongst fans in a controversial way. Brosseau was given a two-minute minor for interference and then of course five minutes for fighting. Berdin on the other hand got two minutes for instigating, a five-minute major for fighting, and a ten-minute misconduct. Berdin was protecting himself after being run by another reckless player.
