After the hit, Nick Foligno got injured in a fight to avenge Bedard.
The Chicago Blackhawks have finally shared an update on their injuries.
Chicago Blackhawks Release Injury Update on Bedard and Foligno
In a recent announcement on X, the Blackhawks revealed that both Connor Bedard and Nick Foligno have been placed on the Injured Reserve list.
Bedard has a fractured jaw and Foligno has a fractured finger.
The official statement reads as follows:
"UPDATE: We have placed Connor Bedard (fractured jaw) and Nick Foligno (fractured left finger) on injured reserve."
