BREAKING: Flames to Retire Franchise Goalie

The Calgary Flames have just announced that they will be retiring the number 34 for franchise goalie Miikka Kiprusoff.

Kiprusoff played 623 NHL games all but 47 games were with the Calgary Flames.
He finished his career with a 2.49 goals against average and a 0.912% save percentage.
As a member of the Flames he won a Jennings Trophy and a Vezina Trophy.
He is regarded by many as the best goalie in Calgary Flames history and his number will be officially retired on March 2nd 2024.
