Today, a former Edmonton Oilers defenseman who had been playing with the Dallas Stars has been placed on waivers. Earlier this week, the Edmonton Oilers eliminated the Dallas Stars from the Western Conference Finals ending their season. Throughout his career Petrovic has played 269 games in the NHL with almost another 500 games played at the AHL level across his 13 year professional career to this point.
