The Edmonton Oilers have made back-to-back Stanley Cup Finals, and after signing their captain to a two-year extension this off-season, the team have one goal in 2025/26, and that's taking the final step towards Stanley Cup glory.

Early in the year, they've been off to an up-and-down start with a 6-4-3 record, placing them in second place in the Pacific Division, but after slow starts in recent years, that's nothing for them to worry about.
