Unexpected turnaround involving Jonathan Drouin with the Habs

As you probably already know, the saga of the weekend was without a doubt that of Jonathan Drouin.

After missing a team meeting by a few minutes, according to him, Martin St-Louis served him a severe punishment, deciding to keep him in uniform for Saturday's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, but not to play him at all.

He warmed up the bench for the 60 minutes of regulation time.

Many wondered, following such a correction by the head coach, if the place of the Quebec forward in the CH lineup would take a hit, despite the many injuries.

We now have our answer.

At the Tricolore's practice today, there was a big turnaround involving #27, as he was used as the center of an interesting trio, along with Josh Anderson and Denis Gurianov.

It looks like the sponge has already been wiped clean in the eyes of the coach, which means that Drouin will be back to his normal place in the Canadiens' current lineup.
