Ridiculous scene: The Blackhawks are doing everything they can to get Connor Bedard and it's resulting in sequences like this

I don't know if he's looked at the Blackhawks lineup lately, because it's pitiful. Last night, they put Anton Khudobin in front of the net. A 36 year old veteran who hadn't played a game in the NHL this season.

And let's just say it wasn't long before he made his first mistake. It was a good one at that.

Of course, you can't argue that Khudobin intentionally gave the other team a goal. But the Hawks' management could have very well decided to put Alex Stalock, who has been very good in Chicago since the beginning of the season, in front of the net instead of a veteran who is no longer NHL caliber.

And they chose not to.

That's how it goes, as they say.
