Kent Hughes could make two major trades between now and the draft, according to Pierre LeBrun

You can't blame him, the available players are caught with bad contracts, or injured, or both. Of these players, Sean Monahan and Joel Edmundson were the most likely to be traded, but to no avail.

If Monahan's case will most likely be settled through autonomy, Edmundson's case is far from being set in stone. According to Pierre LeBrun, Kent Hughes will try to trade him during the off-season and he could even get a first round pick in return.

LeBrun made another bold prediction, saying that Pierre-Luc Dubois could become a Habs player this summer.

If this is the case, the price Hughes will have to pay will most likely be high and it would be a very large transaction. Many say that it is better to wait another year for Dubois to become fully autonomous and sign with Montreal. We will see this summer what Kent Hughes' plans are.
