We have just received an update on the situation of Kirby Dach from the Montreal Canadiens

Here is the organization's announcement to that effect:
"Forward Kirby Dach will miss a minimum of one week (upper body)."

- Montreal Canadiens

Unsurprisingly, following the hit from behind suffered in the game against the Buffalo Sabres, it's an "upper body" injury this time.
So, beyond this week's absence, there would only be three short games left to play upon his return, if his rehabilitation goes as planned.
However, it is very plausible that his season is unfortunately over, as mentioned by journalist Jean-François Chaumont.
"If it's not a finished season, we won't be far behind."

- JF Chaumont

Let's just say it would be a very disappointing development for the Habs, who had just gotten their forward back in the last few days.
The 22-year-old number 77 of the CH has 38 points, including 14 goals in 58 games this season.
