The NHL ice is a dangerous place to be for anyone, and unfortunately on Saturday, an official was involved in a very scary collision. During an early Saturday matchup between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Pittsburgh Penguins, NHL official Steve Kozari found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, and collided with Haydn Fleury on the ice.
