Sean Higgins is set to remain behind bars for another month, as the courtroom Judge has refused to allow him to leave on bond. Sean Higgins, the New Jersey man, with charges against him arising from the terrible crash that resulted in the death of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, made his first court appearance Friday morning. The 43-year-old was accused of drunk driving and causing an accident that murdered the two brothers while on bikes. Facing two counts of vehicular manslaughter, he is being held without bail. His next court date will be on October 15th.
