31-year-old Greater Napanee resident Troy Wylie has tragically passed away today after he was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident. Wylie was well known in his local community as a good hockey player, but more importantly, a great human being. An obituary from a local newspaper highlighted what made Wylie such an invaluable part of his community. Not only was he a skilled hockey player, but by all accounts, he was simply a terrific human being. He was known for his competitive spirit, but also showcased good sportsmanship, something that is vital for the continued success of local and junior hockey. <q>Troy's death has left an indelible void in the hearts of those who knew him. Known for his love of hockey, Troy was an integral part of the local sports scene, where his skills on the ice were admired by teammates, coaches, and fans alike. His dedication to the game, combined with his competitive spirit and sportsmanship, made him a standout player in Ontario's ice hockey community.
