Phil Kessel has reportedly been trying to make a return to the NHL all year long. Unfortunately for him though, it seems that his time in the league is officially over. <h2>Canucks Choose Not To Sign Kessel</h2> The Canucks recently brought the three-time Stanley Cup winner in on a tryout deal to see if he could be of any use to the team this year. However, they have elected not to sign him, meaning he is no longer eligible to play in the playoffs even if a team does take a flyer on him. #Canucks are done for the day, I'm told. No moves, and did not sign Phil Kessel. <div align='center' class='pl20 pr20'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/ThomasDrance/status/1766192557447610517?s=20&fbclid=IwAR1QRLeBd1l-Hf4FtYd25v2ITJCLInASsmpPUYGQrQL3w4j3hP3whey3J8o'><div style='border:1px solid #CCCCCC;border-radius:10px;padding:20px;width:300px;'>Loading from Twitter ...</div></a></blockquote></div> <div align='center' class='pl20 pr20'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/Hockey_Robinson/status/1766193019622174770'><div style='border:1px solid #CCCCCC;border-radius:10px;padding:20px;width:300px;'>Loading from Twitter ...</div></a></blockquote></div> Kessel had one heck of a career, appearing in 1286 career games, and scoring 413 goals and 992 points.
