The Worst Has Come For Juraj Slafkovsky

In Tuesday night's game between the Habs and Red Wings, Juraj Slafkovsky hit Matt Luff of the Wings from behind. Although the contact was minimized by the Canadiens' big forward, it was still a dangerous check that resulted in an injury.

Slaf was ejected from the game for his action and it has been confirmed that he will have a meeting with the Department of Player Safety today.

We will know if Martin St-Louis will be without his young rookie before tonight's game against the Canucks.
