The Calgary Flames seem to be trending in the rebuild direction as they slowly trade off assets way ahead of the trade deadline. Now their next move may be imminent.

Hanifin Linked To Toronto Maple Leafs And Boston Bruins

The team has reportedly been shopping defenseman Noah Hanifin for some time now. Today, a new rumor emerged that suggests the defenseman may be on his way out of Calgary very soon. Eklund of HockeyBuzz.com reports that it is essentially down to two teams in on the defender, the Boston Bruins and the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Islanders remain in the mix as well, but they appear to be a distant third.
