The latest news was that Kent Hughes was not going to submit a qualifying offer to Denis Gurianov. That fact remains unchanged, but it doesn't necessarily mean that his days with the Canadiens are over. That's what Marc Antoine Godin thinks. As of tonight, I'm told that even if he doesn't receive a qualifying offer from the Habs, Denis Gurianov's return to Montreal isn't completely out of the question.
