Indeed, a trade proposal has been floated that would literally bring the crowd to its feet in Nashville.
The Canadiens would get Yaroslav Askarov and the 15th overall pick, in exchange for the 5th overall.
Sure, the Tricolore would miss out on the chance to draft an excellent forward, but that's the price they pay for a promising goaltender and the 15th overall pick in a very promising draft.
