A confrontation between Leafs player Mitch Marner and a referee took place yesterday evening as the Toronto Maple Leafs were playing the Detroit Red Wings. The Red Wings ended up winning the game 4-1. When Wings striker Jonathan Berggren's broken stick didn't result in a penalty for game delay, Marner decided to voice his opinion by approaching the referee quite closely.
