Massive News on David Desharnais' Future in Hockey
Since the 2017-18 season, David Desharnais has not played a single game in the NHL. The small forward spent a year in the KHL, only to play four more campaigns, including this one, in the Swiss Elite League.
According to David's head coach with HC Fribourg-Gotteron, this will be his last year in professional hockey.
At 36 years old, Desharnais will have the chance to return home after five years aware. This is his 17th season in professional hockey, so it's safe to say he's had a great career.
