The Toronto Maple Leafs just made a major announcement in the last few minutes.
General Manager Kyle Dubas has been fired.

It's fair to say that Dubas has done a good job overall, especially this year with the acquisition of Ryan O'Reilly, but it won't have been enough. The behavior of the stars in Toronto, of wanting to make the big salary, without thinking about the team, will have gotten the better of him.
