Jesperi Kotkaniemi tells a major Carey Price anecdote - and fans love it!
Appearing on Eliotte Friedman's podcast 32 Thoughts, Jesperi Kotkaniemi was asked about his fondest memory of Carey Price.
The CH alumnus began by saying what everyone knows, that Price is a reserved guy of few words. However, he's quite a leader.
When the Habs were trailing 3-1 in the series against Toronto in 2021, Price stood up in a Game 5 intermission and delivered a "speech" that changed the course of the series.
Of course, we know the rest: the Canadiens closed the gap, won the series and went on to the Stanley Cup Final as the Cinderella team.
