Breaking: Major Update on Auston Matthews' Contract Negotiations
Since the Leafs were eliminated from the playoffs, a constant piece of debate has been Auston Matthews' contract extension.
The Leafs' best player will probably get the highest salary of the NHL, with an AAV around $13M.

Elliotte Friedman reported that Matthews won't sign before his no-trade clause kick in on July 1st.
Fortunately for the Leafs, Brad Treliving is certain that they'll reach a deal before the next season starts.
