The details concerning Samsonov's hearing on July 21st are now known.
Per Friedman:
"Arbitration filings in for Ilya Samsonov (TOR). Team: $2.4M; player $4.9M."
This is a huge discrepancy between the parties.
With the hearing in two days, a third party will likely get involved, unless they can reach a deal before the 21st.
