Seattle Kraken Cut Shane Wright and he Will Play in the AHL
The Seattle Kraken and Shane Wright recently received an exemption from the CHL-NHL rule that stipulates junior-eligible players must finish their careers in the CHL if they don't make an NHL roster. Seattle, taking full advantage of the exemption, just cut Shane Wright and assigned him to their AHL affiliate, Coachella Valley.
